You as part of Wildling:
As Product Owner CRM (m/f/d – all genders welcome!), you will be responsible for the further development of Wildlings CRM along the entire customer journey. You will ensure that our CRM strategy is effectively implemented – with the goal of strengthening orientation, repeat purchases, and long-term customer loyalty. You will take on the professional leadership of the CRM stream, collaborate with Creative Strategists and our Analysts, and shape CRM as a central component of the brand experience.
These tasks await you:
You will assume professional responsibility for the CRM / Customer Relations stream and continuously develop it further.
You translate the CRM strategy into concrete CRM journeys, campaigns, and systems along the customer lifecycle – from onboarding to retention and winback.
You develop and maintain a clear segmentation and progression logic based on customer, purchase, and behavioral data.
You design and optimize CRM campaigns , automations, and brand-defining communication moments via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
You ensure brand-compliant, consistent and appreciative CRM communication across all relevant touchpoints.
You work with data-driven Shopify data, CRM KPIs, surveys and customer feedback, and derive concrete optimizations from this.
You work closely with creative strategists, analysts and developers, connecting brand, data and technology.
This is how you enrich our lives:
CRM & Lifecycle: Several years of experience in CRM, lifecycle and retention marketing (ideally e-com/D2C) with a holistic view of the customer lifecycle.
Channels & Journeys: Very strong hands-on experience in email and WhatsApp/SMS marketing and the development of high-performing, brand-compliant, cross-channel journeys.
Klaviyo: In-depth operational expertise from setup and strategy to flows, segmentation and QA, reporting and optimization.
Data & Tech: Data-driven approach to work, strong in analysis, testing and optimization; very good understanding of Shopify, CRM data, integrations and data hygiene.
Work style & mindset: Structured, independent work style with a high understanding of the brand, ownership, curiosity and confident communication in German and English.
Leadership experience (optional): Experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of teams is a plus, but not a requirement.
